  • 此外，國民黨團提議，審視現行公投法相關規範很多限制人民直接表達意見的權利，影響直接民權無法充分表達，這屆立法院公投法修正草案由民進黨團召委主導審查，民進黨團應本於長期主張將公投提案、連署及通過門檻降低，以補代議政治不足，還權於民，並促使社會出現重大爭議議案，民眾可以訴諸直接民意，落實主權在民的民主基本價值，因此建請院會決議，儘速於立法院本會期結束前將公民投票法於內政委員會審查完竣，提報院會處理。
